Many of our clients start with a kitchen or bathroom and later ask us to renovate the rest of the house for consistency. If you’re planning a complete remodel in Montreal, Laval, West Island, South Shore or the Greater Montreal Area, we can manage the whole project under one team.
Smaller updates (like a bathroom refresh) can take 1-2 weeks, while full home renovations or multi-room projects take longer, depending on the scope and materials. After the site visit, we give you a timeline and keep you updated during the project.
There is no single price, because every property and every borough is different. Costs depend on: scope, condition of the existing structure, materials/finishes (standard vs. premium), condo/house rules. That’s why we always do an on-site visit first that lets us give you a realistic, transparent estimate. If you have a target budget, tell us — we can propose options that fit it.
Yes. We can phase the renovation (room by room) to reduce disruption, protect the rest of the home from dust, and schedule louder work during agreed hours.
